What It Is

The BC Fitness 3-Month Challenge isn’t just another fitness program — it’s your chance to bet on yourself and prove what you’re capable of.

You’ll set a personal weight loss goal, put $250 into the pot, and commit to consistent, healthy progress from January through March. And here’s the twist: if you stick with it and hit your goal, you’ll earn your money back — plus a share of the pot from anyone who didn’t finish.

This isn’t about crash diets or quick fixes. It’s about building real, lasting habits alongside a group of people who are ready to work, cheer, and grow together.

How It Works

1. Enter the Challenge:
Each participant contributes $250 to the pot.

2. Set Your Goal:
You’ll work with a BC Fitness trainer to create a realistic, healthy weight loss target when you sign up.

3. Stay on Track:

  • Monthly weigh-ins, BMI measurements, and progress photos (for your eyes only unless you say otherwise)

  • Reach monthly mini-weight loss goals to ensure safe, consistent progress. You will be disqualified if our trainers do not believe you can reach your goal within the remaining time in a healthy manner (for example, 40 pounds in 2 months)

  • Support from a private community of challengers

  • Optional mini-challenges, group workouts, and social outings

4. Win Big:
If you complete the full challenge and hit your goal, you’ll get:
✅ Your $250 back
✅ A share of the pot from those who didn’t complete***
✅ An exclusive BC Fitness Fit champion sweatshirt — because you earned it.

  • December: Trial Month — Get prepped, meet your trainers, and lock in your goals.

  • December 19th: Deadline to sign-up! But you will miss the trial month.

  • January–March: The Official Challenge — 12 weeks of progress, accountability, and serious motivation.

  • End of March: Winners’ Celebration! — earn your rewards (and your BC Fitness Champion sweatshirt 🏆).
