  1. Username is the email address provided when you became a member. 
  2. Choose “Forgot Password?” under Member Login, and you will receive an email to create/reset your password.  
  3. It is that easy!

How to Book Workouts

Phone App

  1. Open Gymmaster Phone App
  2. Choose from “Upcoming Classes,” or choose “See All.”
  3. Book your Workout.
  4. You can book up to 3 sessions a day, and up to 7 days in advance.
  5. Acknowledge and sign the Waiver. This happens only the first time you book a Workout.
  6. Please be considerate and cancel your booked workout if plans change. 

Online

  1. Login to Member Portal
  2. Select “Booking”
  3. Select Book Workout.
  4. You can book up to 3 sessions a day, and up to 7 days in advance.
  5. Acknowledge and sign the Waiver. This happens only the first time you book a Workout. 
  6. Please be considerate and cancel your booked workout if plans change.
